"International Investment Arbitration - Need of Change of Legal Regulations"
The Conference will be held on the 26th of October 2010 in Ludwikowska Ballroom at the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw.
The Chairs of the Conference are prof. Andrzej Szumański, the President of the Court of Arbitration at PCPE Lewiatan and dr Marcin Dziurda, President of the State Treasury Solicitors' Office.
The panelists will be: dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, dr Marek Świątkowski, dyr. Maria Szymańska, mec. Bartosz Krużewski, dr Andrzej W. Wiśniewski, dr Maciej Jamka, mec. Paweł Pietkiewicz, dr Wojciech Sadowski, mec. Wojciech Jaworski, dr Katarzyna Michałowska, mec. Sylwester Pieckowski, dr hab. Maciej Szpunar, prof. dr hab. Stanisław Sołtysiński, prof. dr hab. Grzegorz Domański, mec. Maciej Łaszczuk and mec. Justyna Szpara.
The Conference is a part of the project “Promotion of amicable methods of commercial dispute resolution” co-financed by the European Union Funds within the framework of the European Social Fund. Therefore, the Conference is free of charge.
The registration lasts till the 30th of September 2010. The number of participants is limited. The conference will be conducted basically in Polish.
