Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan was established under the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Confederation of 15 February 2005. It is a modern institution, recognised internationally and regionally, aimed at swift and quick settlement of property and corporation disputes. For businessmen, it means quick decisions settling disputes and reduction of business operations costs. The Lewiatan Arbitration Court has become a Cooperating Entity for the upcoming conference in Moscow: “Cross-Border Dispute Resolution: The Perspective for Russia and the CIS”, which will be held on 14 September. We would like to invite you to this event, which is organized by the American Bar Association.
