Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan was established under the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Confederation of 15 February 2005. It is a modern institution, recognised internationally and regionally, aimed at swift and quick settlement of property and corporation disputes. For businessmen, it means quick decisions settling disputes and reduction of business operations costs.
