Training for Counsels in INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION

The Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators European Branch (CIArb) cordially invite you to a one-day course in international commercial arbitration, addressed to counsels and practitioners. 

What are the characteristics of international commercial arbitration and its benefits in resolving disputes? How the technics typical in international commercial arbitration can be used in domestic proceedings? How to enchance the existing professional skills? These and other questions will be subject to whole day course being conducted in the workshops form dealing with arbitration proceeding from the arbitration agreement ("Where it all starts") till the award ("Where it all ends").

The training will be conducted by the most expierienced arbitration practioners: William McLaughlin, Stuart Ness and Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz. Due to its workshop character, each training will be held in English.

The number of participants is very limited - to 10 attendeed per each training.

The trainings will be held:

2, 3, 4 February, Warsaw

1, 2, 3 March, Warsaw

4 March, Cracow

As the training is part of the "Promotion of amicable methods of commercial dispute resolution" project co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the European Social Fund, participation is free of charge.
